As the Customer Representative Manager for a luxury e-commerce brand specializing in leather handbags, you are entrusted with delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include: - Managing customer queries through various channels like phone, email, live chat, and social media. - Overseeing exchanges and returns process to ensure it meets the brand's high standards. - Resolving customer complaints with empathy and professionalism. - Facilitating exclusive customer visits to showrooms or events for a luxurious experience. - Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for enhancement. The ideal candidate should possess: - A robust background in customer service within the luxury retail sector. - A sharp attention to detail. - A dedication to upholding the brand's esteemed standards. Additionally, you will: - Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare for customer visits and events. - Prepare regular reports on customer service metrics for Reporting and Analytics. - Implement changes based on feedback to improve the overall customer experience. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to consistently elevate the customer service function.
