Customer Relationship Manager (Female Candidates Only)

· Conducting Market Research, Analyze requirements, Generate Leads, Developing New Customers, and Maintain Database.

· Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve strategy

· Undertaking daily marketing tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the customer’s response.

· Prepare and deliver promotional items including product samples, covering letters, and courier correspondence.

· Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media.

· Draft marketing literature (brochures, presentations, etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.

· Tele-calling and maintaining schedules for sales and marketing initiatives.

· Willing to travel to offsite promotional events or tasks.

· Handling MIS / DBMS Software, Intranet, Automated Google Sheets, Google Drive, Emails, Online applications, etc.

· Train to employees for automation and other related task for digitalization.

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Min Qualification BA / B.SC / BBA / BMS(Bachelor of Management Studies) / MBA

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sunday Off)
