Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Skinfinity Derma Clinic. As a CRM, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, explaining treatment options, and booking appointments. This is a work-from-home opportunity, ideal for females looking for a challenging and rewarding role.Responsibilities1. *Calling Leads*: Make outbound calls to leads from our CRM software, address their queries, and book appointments.2. *Treatment Explanation*: Explain skin, hair, and laser treatment options to customers, addressing their concerns and providing expert advice.3. *Follow-up and Appointment Booking*: Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and ensure a smooth experience.4. *Teleconsultation*: Conduct teleconsultations over audio and video calls, providing personalized advice and treatment recommendations.5. *Coordination with Technical Experts*: Collaborate with technical experts to suggest treatment details to customers.6. *Call Targets*: Make a minimum of 200 calls per day from our IVR system.Requirements1. *Excellent Communication Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers.2. *Product Knowledge*: Familiarity with skin, hair, and laser treatments (training will be provided).3. *CRM Software Experience*: Experience working with CRM software (training will be provided).4. *Self-Motivated*: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Work Details1. *Working Hours*: 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.2. *Location*: Work from home (remote).4. *Performance-Based Incentive*: Earn incentives based on performance.How to ApplyIf you're a motivated and customer-focused individual, please send your resume to mailto:hrskinfinity@gmail.com or contact us at +91 83940 93537.
