We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer interactions at our printing retail outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling skills, thorough knowledge of our products and pricing, and the ability to guide customers to the right printing solutions. *Key Responsibilities:* * Greet customers and understand their printing requirements * Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing * Maintain complete knowledge of all printing options (digital, offset, formats, finishes, etc.) * Prepare quotations and ensure correct billing * Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment * Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally * Maintain customer records and follow up on repeat or bulk orders * Upsell or suggest suitable products/services when appropriate *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * Prior experience in retail customer service (printing industry experience preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong understanding of pricing, products, and basic costing * Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment * Basic computer skills (billing software, MS Excel, or POS systems) *Preferred Qualities:* * Polite, patient, and presentable * Organized and detail-oriented * Reliable and punctual *What We Offer:* * Supportive work environment * Opportunity to grow with the business * Competitive salary (based on experience)
