Job Summary:

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions pre- and post-sale.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Lead Management & Tele-calling

  • Qualify and filter incoming leads before passing them to the sales team.
  • Conduct outbound tele-calling to nurture prospects and follow up on inquiries.
  • Maintain and update CRM software with lead information and activity logs.

Support to Sales Team

  • Assist sales staff with appointment scheduling, documentation, and customer follow-up.
  • Provide insights from customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Coordinate with digital marketing team or vendors to implement SEO strategies.
  • Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and optimize content as needed.

Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Manage or oversee company social media accounts (posting, engagement, analytics).
  • Work with design/content teams to create and schedule engaging posts and campaigns.

Flat Handover Coordination

  • Oversee and coordinate the flat handover process with customers and internal departments.
  • Ensure all documentation and formalities are completed before handover.
  • Address any customer concerns during the handover process.

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Liaise with sales, marketing, operations, legal, and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track progress of customer requests or issues and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer relationship management or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO & social media platforms) is essential.
  • Experience in tele-calling and lead generation preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic marketing tools.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with real estate or housing industry is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Fluency in English and local languages for effective communication.
