Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Chandigarh. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and resolving customer issues promptly and efficiently. Tasks will include managing phone calls, emails, and chat communications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining thorough documentation of all customer interactions.
