Job Overview:

The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of client requirements. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

· Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and delivery.

· Maintain and update client records using Excel and basic computer tools.

· Build and sustain strong, professional client relationships.

· Follow up on client queries and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

· Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Relationship Executive (pharma industry experience preferred).

· Good spoken and written English communication.

· Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

· Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Excel.

· Professional, polite, and confident demeanor.

· Ability to multitask and stay organized.
