CRE/ Telecaller (Female Candidates Only)
CTC:
12k - 15k per month
Probation Period:
3 Months
Experience:

Job Overview

Customer Relationship Executive / Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for product/service promotion.
Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain a database of customer interactions in MS Excel/CRM.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and convert leads.
Coordinate with the sales/operations team to resolve customer issues.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
Graduate
with computer background (BSc, BCA, MCA, MSC, BTech, etc.).
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain polite, patient, and professional while handling customers.
Prior experience in telecalling/CRE will be preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
:
01 year in telecalling/CRE (Freshers are also welcome to apply)
