Job Summary
Saburi Plywood is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, support sales activities, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge to ensure smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers professionally
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
Support sales and service coordination activities
Maintain customer records and update data in Excel
Coordinate with internal teams for order status and service support
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Requirements
Must be fluent in Hindi and English (spoken & written)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service or sales support experience preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered
What We Offer
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
