Job Description

Department: Customer Success

Designation: Executive – Customer Relations

Reports To: Manager – Inside Sales

Reportees: NA

Works in coordination with

1. Executive – Dispatch

2. Post Sales Servicing Engineer

3. Executive – Sampling

Deliverables

1. Zero Escalation of the customer queries

2. On time Payment Collections

Responsibilities

1. Verification of the Orders with the Quotations and to raise the same in SAP

2. Arrange manufacturing clearances, approvals, inspection calls, dispatch instructions from the customer

3. Share the information and documents with the customers / close coordination with the customer.

4. Arrange the payments from the customers on time

5. Release of the PBG’s from the customers

6. Must be prompt in customer communication.

Qualifications

1. Postgraduate in any subject from a reputed Institute.

2. Experience in handling the customer of minimum 1 year.

3. Must be good at written and verbal communications skills in both English and Hindi languages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
