Customer Relationship Executive ( only female)

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE, female) – Service is responsible for handling customer communication related to vehicle service, including appointment booking, follow-ups, feedback collection, customer retention, and service reminders. The goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling

• Call customers for service appointment bookings
• Send service reminders (periodic service, insurance, RSA, etc.)
• Welcome customers and ensure smooth coordination with service advisors
• Inform customers about service status and delivery time

✅

Follow-ups & Feedback

• Take post-service feedback calls
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction (CSI improvement)

✅

Retention & CRM

• Maintain customer data in CRM software
• Track repeat service customers
• Promote AMC, value-added services, wheel alignment, detailing, etc.

Coordination

• Coordinate between:
• Customers
• Service Advisors
• Workshop team
• Billing department

✅

Reports & Documentation

• Daily call reports
• Appointment conversion reports
• Customer feedback & complaint logs

Skills Required

✅ Good communication skill (Hindi, English & local language preferred)

✅ Polite and patient attitude

✅ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)

✅ Good convincing power

✅ Problem-solving mindset

✅ Ability to work under pressure

Qualification

• Minimum: 12th pass
• Graduate preferred (Any stream)
• Experience in automobile service industry preferred (Freshers can apply)

Experience

• Fresher to 2 years in:
• Call handling
• Customer service
• Automobile dealership (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
