We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales leads or setting appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.

Present products or services over the phone and answer any questions from potential customers.

Record details of each conversation and any leads generated for follow-up by the sales team.

Meet daily and weekly call targets to ensure productivity and effectiveness.

Maintain a professional and courteous manner while speaking with customers.

Provide accurate information about products or services and address any concerns or objections raised by customers.

Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role as a telecaller or telemarketer is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.

Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
