Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Thane. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service requests, maintaining client relations, and effective communication with clients and internal teams. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences and providing them with relevant information and assistance will be key tasks.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Thane
  • Experience using CRM softwares.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Comfortable with using technology and setting up
