Job Description:

Bella Malaysia is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive for our calicut branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, building long-term relationships, and ensuring overall client satisfaction through professional and timely support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled
• Promote company services and ensure post-service engagement and follow-up

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Tamil (both spoken and written) is mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
• Prior experience in customer service or relationship management is preferred
• Energetic, approachable, and committed to delivering high-quality service
• Must be available for immediate joining
