Job Description

The role of a Hospitality Incharge involves greeting guests warmly and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure their satisfaction. Addressing guest queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will maintain detailed guest records, preferences, and history to personalize service. Collaboration with the front office, housekeeping, and other departments is crucial to ensure seamless service delivery. Upselling services such as spa packages, tours, or dining experiences to enhance guest satisfaction will be part of your responsibilities. Collecting feedback through surveys or direct interactions and taking corrective actions as needed is also essential. Building long-term relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits will be a key focus. Handling all guest information with the utmost confidentiality and security is imperative in this role. A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality sector. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and a pleasant demeanor with a guest-first attitude are essential qualities for this position. The ability to work in shifts, weekends, and under pressure is required. Familiarity with hospitality software such as Opera and IDS is advantageous, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications. The work environment is fast-paced, typically at a hotel front desk, concierge, or guest services area, with interactions with both domestic and international guests. There may be occasional requirements to stand or walk for long periods. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience as a Hospitality Incharge, 3 years as a Hospitality Supervisor, and a total of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The work location is in person.,
