Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the property management system (PMS)
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns tactfully, escalating to supervisors when needed
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for smooth guest service
  • Maintain guest records, process payments, and generate bills accurately
  • Monitor the lobby and reception area to ensure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
