Customer Relationship Executive

Primary Role:

To build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication between the institute and its clients.

Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:1. Student & Parent Interaction

• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, admissions, and support.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and walk-in queries from students and parents.
• Guide potential students and parents through admission procedures, course details, and fee structures.
• Handle student onboarding and orientation processes.

2. Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with students, parents, and alumni.
• Follow up with existing students to ensure satisfaction with programs and address any concerns.
• Maintain regular communication to encourage renewals, referrals, and continued engagement.
• Collect feedback to improve overall service quality.

3. Admission & Enrollment Support

• Assist in lead generation and conversion activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups.
• Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.

4. Coordination & Administration

• Coordinate between academic, finance, and operations departments to resolve student issues.
• Ensure timely communication of schedules, results, and important announcements.
• Update and maintain CRM databases or student management systems.

Skills Required:

• Diploma/ Any Degree/ PG
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Customer-focused attitude with patience and empathy
