Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end customer relationships from booking to possession. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, accounts, legal, and construction for customer-related matters. Update and maintain CRM systems with customer interactions, documentation, and follow-ups. Resolve client queries and concerns promptly with a customer-centric approach. Guide clients on documentation, agreements, and payment schedules. Assist during site walkthroughs, possession handovers, and client events. Ensure timely communication regarding construction stages, deadlines, and changes with clients. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-versed with CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Problem-solving attitude and a professional customer service approach Experience in real estate CRM
