Job Description

Customer Relationship Executive – Service (CRE – SMR)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing service follow-ups, reminders, and customer satisfaction for after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and remind customers of due/overdue vehicle services.
  • Schedule service appointments.
  • Collect feedback post service and ensure resolution of issues.
  • Maintain service follow-up database.
  • Support service advisors in workflow management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma holder.
  • 1–2 years in customer handling role; automobile experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle service schedules.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
