Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Qualification: Graduate, MBA (Marketing), or sales and marketing-specific course from a reputed university.

Experience: Min 2 years (in the real estate industry—mandatory)

Roles & responsibility:

· Daily communication and follow up with sales & marketing team

· Planning, implementing and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns

· Prepare and present sales reports to the management, Build a network of reliable external marketing professionals.

· coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received

· Build and maintain excellent relationships with brokers, intermediaries, etc.

· Follow up on Leads Generated through site and Maintaining of daily sales data

Required Skills:-

· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Presentation skill

Job Type: Full-time
