Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in healthcare, management, or commerce)

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-management abilities
  • Experience in handling patient/customer queries and follow-ups
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems, email handling)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Problem-solving and customer-centric mindset

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers/patients
  • Address queries related to services, appointments, reports, and processes
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, service updates, and pending actions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned teams in a timely manner

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship or service roles
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital settings preferred
  • Patient, empathetic, and professional approach toward customers
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment
