Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers in the store
· Understand customer needs and guide them accordingly
· Maintain customer database and follow-up records
· Handle after-sales service, feedback, and queries
· Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams
· Ensure a positive customer experience
· Follow up on leads, appointments, and repeat visits
Skills Required:
· Good communication and customer-handling skills
· Polite, presentable, and customer-focused
· Basic computer knowledge
· Ability to handle queries calmly
