Job Description

1. Sales Support 2. Customer Handling 3. Sales Promotion 4. Sales Follow-Up 5. Review & Reporting SALES SUPPORT 1. Responsible for business development for CeePee Marbles 2. Sustain the business through provide good relationships with Customers while visiting the showroom 3. Responsible to participate in the business development activities of the organization through events, calls, follow ups etc 4. Responsible for making cold calls for CeePee target people for introducing the offers 5. Responsible for inviting people to the showroom CUSTOMER HANDLING 1. Responsibility to take care of the guests of CeePee at its best service 2. Responsible for ensuring that all the facilities are available at the guest launch area 3. Responsible for managing the customers and guiding them to the appropriate areas as per the needs 4. Responsible for preparing the database for all the enquiries 5. Responsible for giving the right information to the customer SALES PROMOTIONS 1. Responsible for coordinating the sales promotions of the branch 2. Responsible for communicating promotions and schemes to customers SALES FOLLOW-UPS 1. Responsible for making follow up call after the walk-in and telephonic enquiry 2. Responsible for making effective follow up calls as a part of marketing activities and efforts CUSTOMER SATISFACTION 1. In case of any problem to the customers solve them in a friendly manner. 2. Maintain Good relation with Customer & Guide them to choose their requirements in comfortable way 3. Responsible for resolving the customer queries. REVIEW & REPORTING 1. Give proper sales and marketing updates to the top management as per the requirement 2. Send daily, weekly and monthly sale and marketing updates for the assigned tasks 3.
