Customer Relationship Associate - Sales

You will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, developing and executing customer engagement strategies, and optimizing CRM systems to enhance customer experience. Your duties will include analyzing customer data, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
