About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Relationship Associate who will act as the bridge between clients and our team. The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship-building ability, and advanced Excel expertise to maintain accurate reports and client data.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound queries with professionalism.
• Build strong and long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed call logs, client records, and follow-up schedules in Excel.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly client engagement reports using advanced Excel (dashboards, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts).
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth process flow.
• Ensure all client needs and follow-ups are handled promptly.

Requirements

• Graduate (any stream), 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or client engagement.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
