Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused professional who is exceptionally skilled in dealing with people. The ideal candidate will understand customer requirements, resolve queries in real-time, and ensure a smooth buying/selling experience. This role is central to driving customer satisfaction, retention, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Understand and address customer requirements promptly and effectively.
  • Manage seller and customer communications to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Resolve queries in real-time with a positive and solution-driven approach.
  • Ensure no customer dissatisfaction by delivering the best possible service.
  • Take timely follow-ups from customers and maintain strong engagement.
  • Work with our internal team to get quick solutions for customers and sellers.
  • Dedicate time and effort toward the growth of the startup.
  • Drive customer conversions and ensure successful vehicle deals.


Requirements


  • Strong people-handling and communication skills.
  • Positive outlook with a “never give up” attitude.
  • Hardworking and committed until the customer is satisfied.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work across multiple platforms/devices.
  • Ability to multitask, manage follow-ups, and maintain customer records.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketplace roles (preferred, not mandatory).
