JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Develop strategies for building customer relationships and aim to provide a consistent, positive experience to every customer

2) Work with marketing team in administering customer acquisition and retention strategy

3) Understand and deliver KPI's related customer relations and sales

4) Addressing customer queries

5) Resolving customer complaints

6) Promote products and services to clients offline and online

7) Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

8) Collaborate with marketing team to expand sales

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
