Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations & Sales Executive located in Tiruppur. The Customer Relations & Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves processing orders, managing sales operations, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. Additionally, the executive will handle customer complaints, work on retention strategies, and collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets.
