Customer Relations Officer

As a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) at Basko in Noida, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that every guest experiences a warm welcome, feels valued, and receives exceptional care throughout their visit. You will play a key role in creating memorable interactions, addressing guest concerns proactively, and nurturing strong relationships with patrons, influencers, and partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a seamless experience from entry to exit. - Address guest queries, feedback, and concerns promptly and with professionalism. - Provide personalized attention to VIPs, influencers, and repeat guests. - Build rapport with regular patrons to enhance loyalty and encourage return visits. - Maintain a guest database for special occasions and coordinate guest invites for events and collaborations. - Monitor floor operations to uphold high service standards and ambiance. - Facilitate communication between guests and service/kitchen/bar teams for efficient coordination. - Offer suggestions for enhancing guest experience based on feedback analysis. - Act as a brand ambassador for Basko both on-premise and online. - Engage with guests for social media interactions and support PR and event teams during brand activations. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service, preferably in luxury bars, hotels, or restaurants. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, confident, and approachable demeanor. - Ability to address guest concerns with tact and empathy. - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple interactions simultaneously. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events. - College students with the right attitude are also welcome to apply for assisting in guest relations.
