Job Description

Responsibilities

·        CRM greets customer and offers a visiting card.

·        Invite Customer to the Front Office area for documentation.

·        Request the customer for an instant feedback by using IFIR form

·        Inform the customer in advance on the PSF calls which will be received

·        Send Thank you SMS immediately post-delivery.

·        Interact with the customer to understand the overall satisfaction by using an IFIR FORM.

·        In case the customer’s driver is taking the vehicle delivery – Call the customer and inform of completion of the service / repairs and payment.

·        Request/assist the deriver to fill the IFIR from.

·        Discuss the negative IFIR concern areas with workshop staff daily during morning / afternoon meetings.

·        Clarify any problems / challenges with the staff

Make weekly summary report of IFIR and discuss with Service Manager for planning and implementing countermeasures


Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
