Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Bengaluru. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, providing personalized investment advice, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling client communications, developing and maintaining client relationship strategies, monitoring client investment portfolios, and coordinating with the research team to deliver tailored advice. Qualifications Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Service Knowledge in Investment Advisory, Financial Planning, and Stock Market Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Excellent organizational and time management skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Relevant certifications such as NISM XA & XB are a plus Show more Show less
