Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive located in Gurugram. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations experience
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and provide top-notch Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
