It will be important to conduct regular follow-ups with customers via phone and email to secure recurring orders. Your main goal will be to achieve the monthly sales target set by the company. In addition, you will need to maintain and submit detailed reports of call logs to track progress and performance. Building and maintaining a positive relationship with customers will also be a key part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position can be a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience.
