Customer Relations Administrator

As a Service Center Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure efficient and timely service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, addressing and resolving their concerns in a courteous manner. Additionally, you will perform initial-level examination and diagnosis of customer complaints, accurately enter job details into POS, and prepare job sheets. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution - Manage spare parts inventory effectively, ensuring proper stock levels - Coordinate product transfers from the Head Office to brand outlets - Support the Customer Relations Executive (CRE) in maintaining and updating the customer database Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or service center environment - Basic technical understanding of products and service processes is an added advantage - Proficiency in using POS software and MS Office applications - Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude - Educational qualification of a minimum of Higher Secondary, with a Diploma or Graduation being preferred Please note that only male candidates are preferred for this position.
