Resolving issues and problem faced by customers and deal with complaint to maintain trust. 7. Escalating resolving areas of concern as raised by clients. 8. Experience in sales providing solutions to customers. 9. Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities. 10. Building maintaining relationships with clients Key personnel ofcompanies. 11. Attending meeting with clients to build relationships with existing account. 12. Candidate should have knowledge of CRM software. 13. Candidate should have very good communication skills
