As a Management Trainee in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at our company located in Noida Sec-63, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Maintain and update client/customer data accurately in CRM systems - Coordinate and schedule service calls with service engineers and customers - Follow up with customers on sales orders, dispatch status, and delivery confirmations - Regularly communicate with clients for order status, service updates, and feedback - Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues in a professional manner - Ensure timely follow-up and proper documentation of all customer interactions - Support sales and service teams in daily operational activities To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Graduate in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / BA preferred) - 02 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM (freshers can apply) - Good communication skills (verbal and written) - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication - Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and meet deadlines - Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn and grow in customer relationship management - Experience working with CRM software If you are looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our company, we look forward to receiving your application.
