Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers. Your primary responsibilities will include promptly responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, addressing and resolving customer complaints, and leveraging your in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively answer customer questions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for processing orders, forms, applications, and requests while meticulously documenting customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers - Respond promptly to customer inquiries - Communicate effectively with customers through various channels - Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints - Have in-depth knowledge of products to answer customer questions - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Keep detailed records of customer interactions - Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed - Provide feedback on customer service efficiency - Manage a team of junior customer service representatives - Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support - Proficiency in English (Hindi and Punjabi are preferred) - Willingness to travel up to 50% - Ability to commute or relocate to Sohana, Mohali, Punjab - Work location is in person,
