Customer Relation Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, your primary responsibility will be to answer calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers in a helpful and professional manner. You will be expected to address customer complaints, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, always striving for satisfactory resolutions. Additionally, managing and scheduling appointments for customers to ensure smooth service delivery will be part of your daily tasks. It will be essential for you to gather customer feedback in order to improve products, services, and the overall customer experience. Working closely with internal teams will be necessary to ensure smooth service delivery and effectively address customer needs. This position is open to both male and female candidates below 35 years of age. Experienced candidates are preferred, and proficiency in English and Malayalam is required, with Hindi being manageable. The work timings for this full-time, permanent role are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a day shift schedule. The work location will be in person.
