Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, timelines, and updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams (creative, production, editing, casting)
Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with services and deliverables.
Assist in planning meetings, shoots, and project discussions.
Maintain records of client communication, and feedback.
Understand client vision and ensure the production team executes it correctly.
Suggest suitable services (ads, shoots, music videos, promotions, etc.) based on client needs.
Support during production events, shoots, or client visits when required.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of media, films, creative work, or willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
Friendly, confident, and client-focused approach.
Good time management and multitasking ability.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and calmly.

Qualifications

Any graduate (preferred).
6month to 1 years of experience in client servicing, media coordination, or customer handling.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,872.94 - ₹26,822.13 per month

Work Location: In person
