Customer Relation Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to manage client interactions, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer experiences that contribute to business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to fulfil customer requirements.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Assist in client onboarding, service agreements, and account management.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell company products and services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues and service quality.
• Support in organizing customer engagement activities, surveys, and feedback collection.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and service performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or sales support.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
