We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Customer Relations Executive to strengthen our relationship with clients and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Handle client feedback effectively and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Efficiency in follow-ups, lead nurturing, and upselling services
Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at meetings, site visits, and events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
