About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Customer Relations Executive (Tele Sales) with at least 1 year of telecalling/tele sales experience. The role involves generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, explaining our services, and converting calls into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Follow up on leads generated through campaigns, referrals, or inbound inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to maximize conversions.
• Handle objections professionally and provide the best possible solutions to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales / telecalling / inside sales.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to handle customer objections confidently.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam/Hindi (based on location preference).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
