Job Description:
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary goal will be to ensure our customers are satisfied and that their inquiries are resolved in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. You will work closely with various departments to address customer concerns, assist in product/service inquiries, and build strong customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the company and customers to resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues in a positive and professional manner.
  • Manage and respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service quality.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain customer records and track interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Assist with account management tasks, including updates, renewals, and addressing any service-related concerns.
  • Ensure all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements are adhered to while assisting customers.

Qualifications:

  • plus two and above qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or customer relations, preferably in a call centre or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
