Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Conduct failure analysis to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to product quality.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.

Job Requirements :

15-30 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field (e.g., automotive).
Strong background in program management, product delivery, customer quality assurance, or similar roles.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to launch.
In-depth knowledge of electronic components/semiconductors industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
