Customer Quality Assurance Associate

As a Quality Assurance Associate within the Financial Services team, your role will involve allocating work, tracking status, and ensuring the completion of records assigned for testing. You will be responsible for questioning and investigating data, as well as providing program management support and promoting process improvements. This position offers you the opportunity to apply your strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills, along with your in-depth understanding of AML/KYC and control framework. Additionally, you will have the chance to showcase your ability to engage stakeholders and influence others for achieving results. **Key Responsibilities:** - Allocate work, track status, and ensure completion of records assigned for testing - Ensure testing is completed within agreed timelines with the highest quality standards - Question and investigate the reliability and integrity of data, validity of conclusions, and appropriateness of assumptions made - Provide program management support, including training on key applications and tools - Communicate effectively with key points of contact to facilitate information sharing and feedback across relevant teams - Identify and drive process improvements and other initiatives - Explore alternatives, options, and different perspectives on issues/problems - Identify changes to processes and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or equivalent work experience - Minimum 6 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, with knowledge of AML/KYC, application support, and/or project management - In-depth understanding of AML/KYC and control framework - Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills, capable of analyzing large amounts of data - Ability to raise issues or information to relevant stakeholders or management regarding the control environment in a concise manner - Strong stakeholder engagement skills, connecting business and IT stakeholders efficiently - Interpersonal skills and ability to influence others for achieving results - Good product knowledge in Market products, Banking products, Fintech, Securities and Lending, Corporate and Trade Finance,
