Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at eClerx, your primary responsibility is to engage with customers through online chats in a professional and courteous manner. You will be expected to understand customer needs, provide accurate information about products and services, and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell. Handling customer objections with empathy and documenting all interactions in the CRM system are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining a high level of product knowledge are key components of this position. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming chats from customers professionally and courteously. - Engage customers to understand their needs and provide timely information. - Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers. - Address customer objections with empathy and professionalism. - Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system. - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. - Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and industry trends.
