Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the order management process from initiation to fulfillment.
  • Utilize SAP for tracking and processing customer orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to order status and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience in order management and customer coordination
  • Proficiency in SAP for processing and tracking customer orders
  • Working knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce) for customer and order tracking (preferred)
  • Basic to advanced Excel skills including macros for reporting and data management
  • Understanding of contract management and master data maintenance (added advantage)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
