Job Description

Role: BBTI Customer Service Advisor

Position Summary

Location: Chennai

Job ProfileTo provide outstanding customer experiences by responding to customer's requests for assistance regarding the process of buy back and trade, answering questions on details and issues surrounding the process within a call centre environment on behalf of our clients.

Primary Responsibilities

The key activities for this role include:
  • Provide accurate information to customers at their request
  • Provide outstanding customer service across non-voice channels.
  • Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  • Identify and suggest ideas and initiatives that will improve customer service.
  • Be aware of own performance, consistently achieving targets and taking personal ownership to improve if falling short.
  • Build own knowledge and seek opportunities to develop own skills.
  • Successfully manage own workload and understand the impact of self on others who rely on or who depend on the service provided by the role.
  • Respond to customer emails and webchat (multilingual).
  • Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures

Requirements

Experience:
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Experience of working a part of a team
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask.
Competencies:
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Computer literate with the ability to use multiple programmes at the same time.
