Customer Onboarding Associate

Your role will involve assisting new customers with onboarding, API integrations, and software setup. You will ensure that customer data is correctly mapped and imported into the ERP/accounting system. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting product demos and training for new users, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding efficiency and monitor customer engagement to address adoption challenges. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, support, or client relations. Proficiency in ERP/accounting software such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, as well as experience with CRM & Support tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot is required. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this position.
