Customer Master Data Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: - Review, validate, and approve customer master data change requests, ensuring compliance with data governance policies. - Identify and reject duplicate customer master data requests to maintain data integrity. - Cleanse and verify incoming data files to ensure accuracy before loading into master data systems. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for customer data updates. - Maintain documentation of data processes, standards, and procedures related to customer master data management. - Identify opportunities to improve customer master data processes and recommend enhancements. - Assist junior team members with process updates and support as needed. - Proactively track and follow up on incomplete or delayed data requests to meet aggressive deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in Customer Master Data management or related roles. - Knowledge of SAP Customer Master Data module is a plus. - Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation). - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure. - Highly organized with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills. Good to Have: - Previous experience working with W9 or other compliance documentation. - Familiarity with master data governance and change management processes. - Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment.
